I specialize in working with clients who have experienced complex trauma, attachment wounds and complicated grief/loss. Other areas of focus include stress-management, life transitions, non-traditional family and romantic relationships, sexuality & gender exploration, complex family dynamics, LGBTQ+ Issues and ADHD/Neurodivergence.
My Background and Approach
I may be a good fit for someone who is interested in doing more in-depth experiential work. I'm trained in IFS, EMDR, ETT, Sandtray, IPNB and Coherence Therapy. I consider myself to be a curious and empathetic person who enjoys getting to know clients on a deep level. My approach is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment, where people can feel safe & show up authentically. I strive to maintain a supportive and safe presence, while providing direct and intentional feedback aimed at challenging clients to live more authentic and fulfilling lives.
