About My Clients
I work with athletes, college students, young adults, and parents navigating high-pressure seasons and major life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck despite appearing capable on the outside. I help clients move out of survival mode by building confidence, emotional awareness, and practical tools to manage stress, identity shifts, and performance pressure so they can feel more grounded, balanced, and fulfilled.
My Background and Approach
I am a counseling intern with clinical training in evidence-based approaches for anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. I have experience working with athletes, college students, young adults, and parents, particularly those navigating performance pressure, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. My background in mental performance and transition-focused counseling allows me to help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen confidence, and develop resilience they can apply both in and out of sessions. I work collaboratively to create a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful, sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be inclusive, affirming, and accessible to all. I value social justice, equity, and advocacy, and I am committed to creating a space where clients of all identities feel safe, respected, and heard. I recognize how systemic stress, discrimination, and unequal access to support can impact mental health, and I approach my work with cultural humility and compassion. I am passionate about helping individuals move beyond survival mode by building confidence, resilience, and self-advocacy. My goal is to support clients in feeling empowered, validated, and more connected to themselves as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges.
