My Background and Approach
Using a variety of approaches, I provide a safe space for my clients to explore themselves and to be their most authentic self. This means building a trusting relationship with my clients and asking thought-provoking questions to spark self-inquiry. All while providing the tools necessary to cope with the stresses of life and to thrive. In addition, I use a strength-based, client-centered approach that values my client's individual strengths and empower them to grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being in your 20s and 30s can be a time of incredible growth. Through my own counseling process, I have understood how mental health has set me up for success as a therapist and as an individual. My hope is for my clients to experience the same strength and hope that can come from therapy. I believe that my client's authentic self has value and that my clients have the strength to grow and achieve their goals.
