I believe that everyone has the capacity to shift their unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that are often learned from a place of trauma. I am passionate about supporting my clients in feeling empowered to confidently make decisions and take charge of their lives. I am a social-justice oriented counselor who believes in equity for marginalized communities.
