About My Clients
I am passionate about working with all demographics, within the LGBTQ+ community and outside of it as well. As someone who is a part of the LGBTQ+ community and is on my own self-discovery each day, I want to be an example and create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their identities, navigate challenges, and celebrate their authentic selves. I believe that understanding your identity is a powerful step toward personal empowerment and fulfillment.

My approach is rooted in empathy and inclusivity, recognizing that each person's journey is unique. In our sessions, we'll work together to uncover your strengths, explore any fears or uncertainties, discover how identities encompass more than sexuality and gender, and develop strategies for living a more authentic life. I'm committed to fostering self-acceptance, helping you embrace your true self with pride. I am also a therapist who feels that early relationships and unconscious processes is crucial for healing. I believe early attachment experiences shape emotional responses, behaviors, and relationships throughout life. And by exploring these dynamics, they can help individuals gain insights into their patterns, improve relational skills, and foster healthier connections. Integrating approaches like attachment and psychodynamic, allows for a deeper exploration of the self, facilitating personal growth and emotional well-being.
