My ideal clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including childhood sexual and/or physical trauma, current and former sex workers, individuals impacted by racial trauma and systemic oppression, professionals under high stress, and young adults still mapping out their lives. I also specialize in providing medication management to a wide variety of clients facing unique challenges. My Background and Approach
As a woman of color, I bring a unique and empathetic perspective to my practice, deeply understanding the long-lasting impact of traumatic events throughout the lifespan. My therapeutic approach is tailored to address anxiety, depression, and PTSD through evidence-based integrative practices. I utilize techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused interventions to aid my clients in processing and healing their wounds, helping them regain control of their lives. My aim is to provide a safe space to process your deepest traumas, wounds, and fears. No topic is off-limits. I specialize in holding space for the heavy stuff. While I do not prescribe controlled substances, I am committed to referring clients to appropriate providers when necessary to ensure comprehensive care. Together, we can navigate the path to healing and resilience, empowering you to live a life with greater peace and fulfillment.
