I work with teens and adults as individuals seeking support in overcoming obstacles, healing from trauma, and enhancing their overall well-being. I specialize in online therapy sessions, providing a convenient and accessible way for clients throughout California to receive support from the comfort of their homes.
My Background and Approach
My career has encompassed diverse settings including day centers for adults with severe mental illness, crisis shelters for youth, and community mental health services. For the past year, I have been privileged to work directly with clients in private practice. I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, teen therapy, and grief counseling. My therapeutic toolbox includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), positive psychology, and a client-centered approach.
