About My Clients
My practice focuses on working with folks who struggle with daily anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and/or challenges at work, home, or school. My experience includes working with individuals of varying: gender identities, sexual orientations, socio-economic status, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in K-12 settings and have worked in private practice settings since 2021. I help individuals and couples cultivate a deeper self-awareness that leads to conscious action and meaningful change. In our work together, we’ll identify the obstacles and the destructive cycles that are getting in the way of your healing and growth. You can expect to feel heard and understood without judgment while receiving client-centered, strengths-based, and culturally-informed therapy. To meet the unique needs of my clients, some of the theoretical approaches I pull from include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused practices, and coaching.
