About My Clients
I work with parents, new mothers, and those navigating divorce, coparenting, or blended families. Parenthood is hard, and so is finding yourself again after big life changes. I also support same-sex parents and anyone facing postpartum, relationship, or women’s health challenges. My clients seek clarity, balance, and a safe, judgment-free space to reconnect with their values and live in alignment with what matters most.
My Background and Approach
I’m currently earning my M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU and hold a B.S. from Emerson College. Before entering the counseling field, I worked in creative and leadership roles that strengthened my ability to listen deeply, connect authentically, and understand the pressures of balancing multiple roles. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based model that helps clients clarify what truly matters and take small, meaningful steps toward living in alignment with their values. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership — a space to explore without judgment, gain insight, and build practical tools for emotional flexibility and self-compassion. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, capable, and connected to their authentic selves in everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, with curiosity, honesty, and compassion. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I value inclusivity, authenticity, and the courage it takes to make change, no matter how small. I’m passionate about supporting mental health awareness, reproductive justice, and gender equality, and I believe therapy can be a powerful tool for both personal and collective healing. As a parent and lifelong learner, I care deeply about creating balance, nurturing creativity, and helping others reconnect with what gives their lives meaning.
