About My Clients
No matter what you’re seeking, be it overcoming consistent worries, the desire for a more out of life, reducing stress in relationships, or even just becoming a more refined version of yourself, it can be helpful to have an ally throughout the journey. My approach involves working alongside you and the belief that people have within them the creativity, strengths, and solutions to become who and what they want to be.
My Background and Approach
I work with an integrative style which aims to address each person’s unique experience through a wide variety of psychotherapies and tools. While I am skilled at working with the broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral complexities that arise from our even more seemingly complex lives, some of my specialties include addressing struggles with addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Whatever the source of stress may be, we will work together to establish a sense of contentment and ease in your life. I know that the process of participating in psychotherapy and even finding a therapist can be a challenge at times, but it doesn’t always have to be. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free consultation and to discuss how we can work together towards your wellness and happiness. I will look forward to exploring on this journey with you.
