I have an experience working with adolescents with ASD and co-morbidities. I have an additional training in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Therapy.

I have an experience serving client's with bipolar disorder using cognitive behavior therapy, as well as collaborating with physician.

I sought an additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, which is considered a gold standard for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, in order to better serve my clients with OCD.

I use this evidence-based approach to serve my clients with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem and more.

I consider Gestalt approach as one of the main modalities I practice. I use this powerful approach to address a client's unfinished business that causes distress or other symptoms, as well as to help my clients to grow.

I use various modalities when working with couples based on their personalities, as well as presenting issues.

I specialize in Borderline personality disorder, Dependent personality disorder, as well as recovery from relationship with individuals affected by Narcissistic personality disorder. I integrate evidence-based modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other approaches to effectively support my clients through their healing journey.

I specialize in Bipolar disorder spectrum (Types I and II) using integrative counseling approach to help my clients get their symptoms under control and effectively cope.

I am CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) trained, which is an evidence-based modality used for treating Trauma/ PTSD.
