My approach is integrative and personalized. I use evidence-based tools such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness-based techniques, and clinical hypnotherapy to help clients access the deeper layers of their experience. These approaches support long-term change by addressing the root causes of emotional pain, not just the symptoms. I also draw from relational, somatic, and parts-based frameworks to help you reconnect with your inner resources and move toward healing with clarity and confidence.
