About My Clients
My clients are interested in understanding themselves better in order to improve the way they feel about themselves and those around them. I specialize in working with BIPOC individual and couples, especially the Latinx community.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients to help them understand what they are feeling and why. Working with me means exploring not just who you are, but those who played a role in you are today. I use an integrated approach , making sure that they are met with empathy, compassion, and authenticity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a therapist because I grew so much from my own therapy work. I'm a first-gen Latina navigating spaces that were not originally designed for people like me. I believe in being authentic and sometimes this means having conversations that are uncomfortable, but necessary for growth. Therapy is political and I stand with social justice.
