Are you or your children feeling anxious, sad, lost, or struggling to cope with these unprecedented times? Every child is precious and every parent is working hard to give the best care they can to their children. Sometimes though, as parents, and as children, we all need extra support to form safe connections, process their trauma or daily struggles, and resolve challenging behaviors.
My Background and Approach
Aleigha believes in a wholistic approach to helping you and your child reach your full potential. Aleigha partners with parents and caregivers to give gentle, trauma and mental health informed education. Through trauma informed care, EMDR, and a sensitivity to emotional development and intellegence, Aleigha offers therapy services to children, parents, caregivers, and families to help give relief to a multitude of mental health issues and behavioral struggles each may be experiencing. As parents, caregivers, and children hold memories and experiences in their bodies, they all need space to process their own emotions in a safe place in a unique way that fits each of them. Whatever challenge you're facing, I'm here to partner with you, your children, and your family to find the peace and joy you need.
