About My Clients
You want to feel understood, supported, and safe as you work through life’s challenges. You may be exploring your identity, navigating anxiety or past trauma, or figuring out your next steps. You’re ready to shift old patterns and create real change—but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, and life transitions, and I’m here to support your growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families in both individual and group settings. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, or the aftermath of a mental health crisis. They’re seeking a space to feel safe, seen, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges. My approach is individualized and person-centered, offering clients the opportunity to explore their identity, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful growth. I meet each person where they are, helping them build insight and resilience at their own pace. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Grief Support Therapy to support healing and change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love helping clients through difficult life transitions whether it’s working with women who are overcoming trauma or someone who feels stuck and is simply looking to seek a greater understanding of themselves. I genuinely believe that we can collaborate to discover your purpose, confidence, and value. Your experiences are valid, and I can help you understand the “why” behind your thoughts and behaviors. You are capable of shifting your mindset and adopting behaviors that help you grow into your true identity. You can heal from the past and create a future that supports your vision for your life. It’s not always an easy road, but the growth you are capable of makes it worthwhile. I know that going to therapy takes courage and I would be honored to walk with you on your unique journey.
