My Background and Approach
The world is a mess. Sometimes it seems like everything is completely falling apart and none of us know how to handle it. We aren't all the same, so why should we be expected to heal the same way? I will work to meet you where you are at and support you in whatever way you find most beneficial. I am a dual diagnosis therapist, focusing largely on substance use and mental health, with a specialty in trauma work. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Please note that I am accepting new clients at this time; however there is no current availability for after school hours. I am happy to keep you on a waitlist for when a time becomes available.
