It can be hard to admit when we’re not ok. Sometimes our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences can make it difficult for us to experience peace and live life how we desire. What if you could find relief and learn healthy and helpful ways of coping during difficult moments? I support individuals experiencing personal challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem/self-worth, postpartum, and other life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My compassionate, strengths-based and person-centered approach aims at helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and improve overall self-care. I integrate varied therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness Practices, and Breathing/Relaxation Techniques.
