About My Clients
I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, or relationship struggles rooted in past trauma. Many of my clients long for safety, trust, and deeper connection. I take a relational, collaborative approach, blending EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness to help you feel seen, understood, and supported as you heal, build self-trust, and create relationships that feel secure and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. My background includes advanced training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, along with mindfulness-based, yoga-informed practices. I bring a trauma-informed, holistic lens to therapy, focusing on the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation. This approach helps clients not only understand the roots of their struggles but also develop practical tools for lasting change. Whether you’re seeking to heal from a difficult past, improve your relationships, or feel more at peace in daily life, I’ll meet you with compassion and collaboration. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, work through blocks, and create new patterns that align with the life and relationships you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for healing and growth, and that true transformation comes from addressing the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. I value creating a space where all identities and backgrounds are welcomed and affirmed. I am passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health, advocating for trauma awareness, and promoting accessible, integrative care. Outside of therapy, I’m drawn to practices that support connection and well-being, including yoga, mindfulness, and time in nature. I also support organizations dedicated to trauma recovery, mental health advocacy, and animal welfare.
