About My Clients
I work with adults who want to feel more like themselves. In their relationships, at work, and in their inner lives. Many come in feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel right. I often work with people navigating relationship struggles, self-worth concerns, and family-of-origin experiences. My approach is relational and depth-oriented, with an emphasis on creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they reconnect with themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychotherapist with a depth-oriented, relational approach to therapy. I have been in the field 9 years, and have worked in a variety of community mental health and clinical settings, where I’ve supported individuals facing substance use and addiction, relationship and family struggles, and everyday experiences of depression and anxiety. These experiences have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to complex and ordinary human difficulties alike. My work is informed by psychoanalytic, attachment-based, existential, and person-centered traditions, with a strong emphasis on the here-and-now of the therapeutic relationship. I’m interested not only in what clients are struggling with, but in how those struggles take shape emotionally, relationally, and internally. I aim to create an attuned space where clients feel truly seen, can explore long-standing patterns, and reconnect with a more authentic sense of themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are shaped by their experiences and deserve to be understood, not judged. I trust that healing happens through honest, attuned relationships, and that therapy works best when it helps people feel more connected to themselves and others.
