About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many clients feel overwhelmed or stuck and want a supportive space to gain clarity and move forward. I value working with diverse and underserved communities, including those navigating cultural identity, first- and second-generation experiences, and family dynamics. I help clients strengthen communication, build boundaries, and better understand themselves.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices. I believe each person’s story is shaped by their experiences, relationships, and environment, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe and supported without judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools for meaningful change. My work often focuses on communication, boundary setting, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences, including trauma. I also recognize the importance of culture and identity in shaping how we experience the world. I am especially mindful of individuals from Latino and underserved communities and aim to provide affirming, culturally responsive care. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, gain clarity, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
