About My Clients
Navigating the emotional, relational, and physical impacts of trauma and other mental health concerns can feel overwhelming. As social beings, we are inherently designed to grow and heal within the context of relationships, not in isolation. A supportive therapeutic relationship empowers people of all ages to build emotional resilience, heal past trauma, and gain a deeper understanding of their experiences.
My Background and Approach
My training has been centered on trauma-informed approaches, as well as treating personality disorders, self-harm, and domestic violence. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. In my practice, I employ an eclectic approach, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individuals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people should have access to welcoming and compassionate care. I am an advocate for human rights and social justice issues, and support people of all genders, races, sexual orientation, immigration status, and spiritual/religious backgrounds.
