About My Clients
At different stages of life, many people experience stress, anxiety, uncertainty, or emotional challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone. I work with teens, young adults, adults, and older adults to provide a supportive space where clients can process challenges, build coping skills, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I work to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges while also building practical skills they can apply in their daily lives. I balance validation with gentle challenge to support meaningful and lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and positive psychology. My work focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and effective communication.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate mental health care and to be treated with dignity, respect, and without judgment. My approach is rooted in honesty, transparency, and creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I value each client’s autonomy and believe growth happens when people are given the space and encouragement to recognize their own strengths. I see therapy as a collaborative process where I help guide and support clients while reflecting the pieces that may be difficult to see on their own. At my core, I believe people already have the strength and resilience needed to reach their goals, sometimes they just need support along the way.
