About My Clients
I am particularly interested in supporting folks in navigating their relationships with their bodies and sexualities during times of change, loss, and transition. I enjoy working with clients of all genders, on all journeys. I am poly-friendly, kink-friendly, fat positive, and sex worker positive. I love working with couples, close friends, and alternative relationship structures. I also enjoy working with fellow artists and folks on non-traditional paths.
My Background and Approach
As an individual, sex, and relationship therapist, I hope to accompany clients through challenging moments and help them find greater trust, permission, and pleasure within themselves. I bring a warm, permission-giving, and playful energy to the therapy space. My approach is relational and attachment-based. I specialize in gender and sexuality, relationship issues, sexual challenges, and grief and loss. I practice with an intersectional lens and seek to understand my clients within the context of their identities and histories. I love working with clients to co-create an approach to healing and growth that makes space for all parts of them. My approach is systems-based, meaning I am always thinking about the ways peoples' struggles connect to their positions within familial and societal systems. I am a trained sexologist with my MEd in Human Sexuality Studies. I'm also a trained End of Life Doula and I try to bring these skills and my perspective on mortality to my clinical work.
