My Background and Approach
I practice from an interpersonal, experiential, and mindfulness approach to encourage all feelings and thoughts to be seen, heard, and processed to completion. In conjunction, I utilize various DBT, CBT, and mindfulness skills to help you build your inner resources/skills to cope with daily life stressors, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a LMHC in New York and earned my Master's from George Washington University. I am a Certified EMDR therapist for trauma processing and attachment based therapy. I have a passion for diversity and inclusiveness for all the many people who exist within this world, and to all the inner parts we hold within ourselves waiting to expand and transform. As a therapist, it is my goal to create a safe relationship that relies on trust, respect, and patience; to compose a pathway that allows for us to insightfully explore your inner thoughts and feelings to bring positive changes and meaning to your present life.
