About My Clients
I work with adults (18+) motivated to heal past hurts, and empower themselves to be who they are by shifting patterns of people pleasing and perfectionism. I also specialize in supporting young adults with cancer diagnoses/history.
My Background and Approach
At some point, we will all experience difficult circumstances which can bring up uncomfortable feelings. Sometimes we can manage; and sometimes we have negative feelings about our feelings, or new transitions surface old wounds, or our previously used skills don’t serve us as well as they once did. In these times, having a consistent, safe space to process our experience and receive support and feedback can alleviate unnecessary suffering. I offer this by supporting people experiencing anxiety, self-worth issues, and transitions in life or career. I'm also trained in EMDR to help people heal from trauma or disturbing memories. My approach is warm, curious, and validating. I use empathy and humor when appropriate to foster an approachable, non-judgmental space. I view each client as the expert in their own life and believe in using our combined expertise to reach your goals. I particularly enjoy working with women motivated to change patterns of people pleasing and perfectionism.
