About My Clients

We all have the capacity to grow, adapt, and heal, though sometimes we need a little help in the process. Wherever you are in the mental health continuum, I will be with you every step of the way. I recognize that mental health is largely influenced by the complex dynamic between biological, psychological, and social/environmental circumstances. I believe that mental health is multi-faceted and should be seen as a spectrum rather than a binary state of being either mentally healthy or unwell.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in adult psychiatric medication management. I also offer Intravenous Ketamine therapy and Nutritional Psychiatry services. I received my Doctoral degree and post-graduate psychiatric mental health certificate at Duke University. I believe that mental health is largely influenced by the complex dynamic between biological, psychological, and social/environmental circumstances. I believe that mental health is multi-faceted and should be seen as a spectrum rather than a binary state of being either mentally healthy or unwell. I utilize a holistic, collaborative, and integrative approach to provide personalized, evidence-based, and non-judgmental psychiatric care. I highly value a therapeutic provider-client relationship built in trust, respect, and empathy.
