As a licensed yoga instructor, I integrate therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into my practice, offering a unique, holistic approach to mental health. As a Black woman and mental health professional, I am deeply committed to creating safe, affirming spaces for individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in marginalized communities. I believe in the importance of addressing systemic barriers to mental health care and strive to provide culturally responsive therapy that honors each client’s unique experiences and identity. I am passionate about supporting the mental well-being of Black and BIPOC individuals, women, and those navigating the intersections of race, culture, and mental health. I am also an advocate for mindfulness and movement as tools for healing, empowerment, and self-discovery, and I incorporate these practices into my work to foster growth and resilience. Outside of my practice, I am involved in community-building initiatives that promote connection and wellness within the Black community.
