My approach is structured, engaging, and solution-focused. Whether I’m using play therapy with a child, coaching a parent, or guiding a teen through emotional growth, my goal is to give each client practical tools they can use every day. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, family systems, and mindfulness to support lasting change. With specialized training in ADHD and high-conflict family dynamics, I help clients understand their own patterns and build new pathways toward peace and connection. I work collaboratively and with compassion—always focused on real progress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
