My Background and Approach
Growing up in NYC has given me an unique outlook on life, helping me to develop my own therapeutic approach. Being from such a diverse city has allowed me to see all cultures through one therapeutic lens. Together we will start your healing journey and do amazing work together! I work with adults, couples, and adolescents to help them navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy; providing a holistic framework that supports emotional well-being and personal growth. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.
