I specialize in anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, LatinX concerns, trauma, and depression. I work with adults and adolescents, with extensive experience in working with the college aged population, offering psychotherapy and assessments for ADHD, learning disabilities, and social/emotional concerns.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, focusing on the therapeutic relationship and the individual needs of each client. My practice primarily incorporates ACT, DBT, and CBT models, attachment theory, and multicultural perspectives. Additionally, I incorporate interpersonal and strengths-based techniques.
