About My Clients
As humans, we desire freedom, joy, fulfillment, or meaning in life, and we inherently have the ability to access all of these things within ourselves already. But the mind can trap us in false narratives and projections, producing feelings of self-doubt, apathy, and lack of motivation, which inhibit us from reaching our potential and evolving to be our highest selves. Whether you're creatively stuck or burdened by expectations, I invite you to explore your inner & outer worlds through self work.
My Background and Approach
My approach as a healer is intuitive, spiritual, empathic, and compassionate, and I work with people from diverse backgrounds around challenges related to creative blocks, identity development, perfectionism, or emotional distress. Being a multilingual South Asian American who has lived abroad has enabled me to empathize with the experiences of people of color, global nomads, expats, and “third culture kids” who may seek to find their place and a sense of belonging in the world. As an artist who is also a therapist, I understand the experience of grappling with creative blocks and feeling stuck or disconnected from your self-expression. I hope to support you in rewriting your story and (re)connecting to your authentic self. I embody compassion and curious nonjudgmental questioning to support and challenge you in cultivating self-awareness and self-love.
