My ideal client is a motivated yet overwhelmed adult navigating career and life challenges. After years of dissatisfaction, you might be starting your professional journey or considering a career change. You face work stress, strained family relationships, dating or parenting struggles, and often feel like the “strong friend” with little support. You may also deal with depression, anxiety, or PTSD. I’m here to help you find clarity and alignment in your life.

My approach to therapy is centered on truly understanding you and your unique story. I believe that every therapeutic journey begins with listening—really listening—so I can offer a space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. I become part of your support system, helping you navigate life’s ups and downs with a trauma-informed lens. With extensive training in trauma, I’m mindful of its impact on everything we do. I use a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive challenging, reprocessing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. These are tools I teach and practice in my own life. My style is gentle yet focused on solutions, guiding you to take control of your goals and empower yourself on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a mindful soul with a deep passion for wellness and movement. As a trained yoga instructor and lifelong student, I embrace the principles of yoga in my daily life, including trauma-informed yoga. Dance is another love of mine, whether ballet, modern, or hip hop—I even facilitate dancing mindfulness sessions. My connection to nature is strong; you’ll often find me hiking, soaking in the peace it brings. I’m also a bit of a coffee connoisseur, savoring the perfect brew. My personal philosophy? I believe we are each born into this world on purpose, for a purpose—no matter how big or small. This belief guides me in everything I do, both personally and professionally.
