About My Clients
If you are realizing as an adult you are likely autistic and/or ADHD but are nervous to have an assessment that might dismiss and invalidate your experiences, you have come to the right (and safe) place with me! I specialize in assessment for: people who were assigned female at birth (AFAB), transgender/nonbinary/GNC people, high maskers, BIPOC individuals, and women/femmes. I also provide both individual and couples/relationship therapy that are LGBTQ+ and polyam/CNM affirming!
My Background and Approach
I'm a queer, nonbinary, and "AuDHD" (autistic and ADHD) therapist who has lived experience of being late diagnosed, as well as 10+ years of professional experience working with individuals and couples who are autistic, ADHDers, or both. I am polyam, kink, and BDSM affirming and work from a decolonizing mental health, non-pathologizing, and strengths based perspective. I have extensive training in neurodivergent affirming autism and ADHD assessment, and I offer a diverse array of evaluation types to fit your needs. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I fully support self-diagnosis, which is 100 percent valid! AND I also understand the need to have someone else (especially someone who has been through it!) validate what you already suspect or know deep down. Assessments and therapy with me are: autistic & ADHD affirming (and affirming of all types of neurodivergence), consensual non-monogamy affirming, gender and sexuality affirming, and kink/BDSM friendly. My approach is: warm and empathetic, creative and collaborative, strengths-based & non-pathologizing, anti-racist/decolonizing mental health, fat inclusive (HAES), and disabled inclusive.
