About My Clients
My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed by worry, intrusive thoughts, or low mood. They’ve tried to manage on their own but feel stuck in cycles that drain their energy and hope. In therapy, I meet them with compassion and understanding, creating a safe space to be fully seen while we work toward relief and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from NYU. My clinical training and experience have focused on supporting adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, and depression. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique strengths and challenges to the therapy process. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These methods provide practical tools for reducing distress and breaking free from unhelpful patterns. At the same time, I bring warmth, empathy, and collaboration to each session, tailoring therapy to meet the individual needs of my clients. Together, we’ll focus on both symptom relief and long-term growth—helping you develop skills, resilience, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges more fully.
