My approach is holistic, strength-based, and person-centered. I work at your pace to explore and process thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I specialize in empowering young and mid-life adults to increase self-esteem and motivation to create positive change. I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques from modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness. I help clients learn and utilize coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and stress related to life transitions, past traumas, and relationship struggles.
