I work through a blend of somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Hakomi Somatic Mindfulness, engaging exercises, and mindfulness techniques. I am certified in Sex Therapy through the Modern Sex Therapy Institute. I provide a safe and supportive space to help clients explore their emotions, heal, and foster healthier relationships. I love to work with all genders, races, relationship structures and abilities. As a white therapist, I pride myself on anti-racist learnings and am a part of the LGBTQIA++ community.
