My clinical focus is on adults experiencing difficulties from anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, life transitions, unresolved trauma or challenging relationships. Tapping into your inner resources, we will uncover various parts of your personality and the role each plays in your life, replacing patterns or behaviors that no longer serve you. I will listen deeply and be right there with you, as you guide yourself back to your true Self.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to helping individuals create space for healing and well-being. Drawing from a variety of holistic psychotherapy approaches, I tailor the therapeutic intervention to meet your needs, combining experiential (body-based) and psychodynamic (mind-based) approaches. Together, we will identify your goals and how we’ll measure results. You will learn to regulate your inner state so you can feel more peaceful and grounded– even when things get rough. By working on setting clear expectations with yourself and others, you will begin to notice improved relationships and ease throughout your day. My approach to therapy is rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and mindfulness and breathwork exercises.
