Have you ever said "A part of me wants this and part of me wants that?" This is Internal Family systems. We all have parts. Part of us knows we should save money, and the other part wants to go shopping. Part of us wants to play and part of us knows we need to go into work that day. Addressing the needs of each of these parts can heal the part so it becomes part of ourselves, Self, no longer a part. This is an important part of healing so we can address our challenges as a healthy person.

There is valuable information that can immerge from the types of figurines, and the placement that can help indicate areas that need healing in a client. Together, Aimee works with the client to address the topics brought up in the sand tray.
