About My Clients

Many of my clients find themselves at a crossroads. They may be navigating a major life transition, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, spiritual exploration, or the integration of a psychedelic experience. I work especially well with creatives, highly sensitive people, deep thinkers, and those who feel caught between different cultures, identities, or ways of being. Often, they are seeking not just relief, but a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider, and doctoral student in Transpersonal Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working as a professional musician, an experience that continues to shape my appreciation for creativity, identity, and personal transformation. My work is informed by narrative therapy, transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, attachment theory, and contemporary approaches to psychedelic integration. I am interested in the stories we inherit about who we are and how those stories shape our lives. Together, we explore the narratives that may no longer serve you while making space for new possibilities to emerge. My style is warm, collaborative, and engaged. Rather than applying a rigid formula, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are far more complex, resilient, and capable of change than they often realize. Many of the struggles that bring people to therapy are not signs that something is wrong with them, but invitations to listen more closely to themselves and their lives. I believe healing happens in the context of curiosity, compassion, and authentic relationship. Rather than trying to eliminate every difficult feeling, therapy can help us develop a different relationship with uncertainty, vulnerability, grief, and change. I am also interested in the deeper dimensions of human experience, including creativity, spirituality, consciousness, and questions of meaning and purpose. While these themes may be central for some clients and irrelevant for others, I strive to create a space where all parts of a person's experience are welcome. My goal is not to tell you who to become, but to help you discover what feels most true, alive, and meaningful for you.
