About My Clients
I work with individuals ages 14+ who are ready to be kinder to themselves, make changes in their lives and step out of their comfort zone. This work is not always easy, but is rewarding and empowering! Whether you are looking to increase self-confidence, manage depression, ADHD, anxiety or life changes; I’m here to provide the tools and support. I help folks be more authentic and aligned with their values.
My Background and Approach
I'm a registered Art Therapist and a licensed clinical mental health counselor who is here to help those that want to heal. I have been working in the field since 2011 in hospitals, doctor's offices, day treatment programs, and community mental health. I now own a private practice and I meet clients where they are at. We can utilize art therapy, more traditional talk therapy, or something in between, whether online or in person. I use a person-centered, goal focused approach to support you. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a bright and eclectic person, professionally and personally. I'm a strong advocate for women of all walks of life. I'm an ally for LGBTQ folks, sex positive and a believer of health at every size! I won't ask you to do something I wouldn't do myself. I believe change is possible and people (and animals) deserve second chances. I love animals and would love to see pictures of the animals in your life!
