You don't need to feel ashamed or embarrassed. This is a judgement free zone where we can explore your feelings and thoughts. The tools that I will provide you with help you lessen your anxiety and you will feel not only feel a sense of relief but also empowered.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and other comorbidities. During our initial sessions, we will collaborate to create a plan for addressing your difficulties. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Have you been feeling as if nothing will work? I use an integrative approach based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that is proven to work through research. In our work together, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and emotions. We will explore those thoughts and look for ways to change them to change your feelings for the better.
