About My Clients
There are so many things these days that can weigh heavy on our hearts and minds, it begins to feel unbearable to carry on our own. It may even seem like everyone else is thriving while we "can't get it together". Not only is it exhausting, we also start to lose confidence and trust in ourselves. I offer a safe space for those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or broken by life's hardships, because life is hard and we are not meant to carry the weight all on our own.
My Background and Approach
Through this journey we will join in a safe space to uncover the tools that best work for you while embracing the process of growth and healing. Whether it may be from day to day stress, conflict in relationships, anxiety, depression, or trauma, you get to choose how you use our time together at your own pace. I use an eclectic approach and tailor our sessions to provide specific real life skills that work for you and that you can carry with you wherever you go.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growth and change inspires me deeply. Throughout my life, I have witnessed positive change happen for many. I have been part of programs focused on helping young girls build a strong sense of self. I have seen women heal from negative societal beliefs and learn to use their voice. I've witnessed mother's learn to let go of unrealistic expectations and harbor peace and calm for themselves and their children. I have seen families heal and break negative generational patterns. I have seen men redefine what masculinity means and embrace their need for self love and healing while learning to connect with and communicate their emotional needs. I myself have grown and found healing in my own journey with therapy. I believe positive change and healing is possible for all of us. I also believe that starting a journey of growth is a step of courage and an act of self love.
