About My Clients
I work with individuals who are facing a range of concerns, including anxiety and phobias, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, and parenting concerns. I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult step, and my goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes. Whether you're dealing with specific issues or looking for guidance in managing your overall mental health, I'm here to help you navigate the process with compassion.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University in Arlington, VA in 2014. My approach incorporates Person-Centered theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to suit your specific needs. I am also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), a treatment intervention that works with parents to help their children overcome problematic anxiety.
