My Background and Approach
My specialties include trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues and LBTQI issues. I have experience providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Motivational Interviewing and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I have a growing passion helping people through their journey, building self awareness and finding meaning in their life. My approach is strengthened by providing clients compassion, understanding and guidance.
