About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, grief, or life transitions and want to feel more balanced, confident, and connected. My clients are often motivated to grow but may feel stuck or unsure where to begin. I provide a warm, supportive space where we work together to build insight, develop coping tools, and create meaningful change. I especially enjoy working with those seeking a positive, practical, and empowering approach to therapy.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and years of experience supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relational stress. My approach is warm, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. I believe therapy should be practical and empowering—focused on helping you understand your patterns, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I aim to provide a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. I value kindness, fairness, and the strength it takes to ask for help. I'm passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and creating a safe, respectful space where clients from all walks of life feel welcome. I support causes that promote emotional wellness, access to care, and community connection. Outside of my work, I enjoy learning, family time, and finding small ways to make a positive impact in the world around me.
