About My Clients
I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ folx experiencing anxiety and/or trauma. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, gender dysphoria, or just feeling stuck in areas of your life, we'll work together in a judgement free space to build tools to help manage and overcome challenges and gently untangle the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
My Background and Approach
I have a vast experience in working with neurodiverse individuals, queer and trans folks, and those that have experienced trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and queer-affirming. My goal is to listen, validate and support you in healing, developing community, and feeling empowered in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the LGBTQIA+ community is beautiful, diverse and resilient. Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, I remember feeling disconnected and feeling isolated. Once I was able to be my authentic self and connect with others in my community, I knew I wanted to be in a position to advocate and support LGBTQIA youth and adults in overcoming challenges.
