I specialize working with anxiety disorders and use DBT and a holistic approach for helping you create a healthier mind and body.

My practice focuses on healing from a holistic point of view, so that every aspect of your life can be improved by investing in yourself and your life. Therapy is a journey that we will walk together to remove the obstacles and barriers to living your life to the fullest.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person can change and grow at any time in their lives. It all begins with making a choice. Making a choice to pour into your own cup, to take care of you, to be better to you, to get help! A better parent, teacher, partner, sibling, leader, person- it all starts with making the choice! Just like our physical health needs our daily attention, so does our mental health. We do physical checkups annually, and we should check in on our mental health equally. Taking care of our mind will help us take care of everything ese too. Our mind is the engine to the rest of our body and guides us in the direction where we will go! If you are ready for the next step and to work together, you will already coming to the firs step in your wellbeing and being closer to living a more fulfilled life!
