About My Clients
I work with highly dependable individuals used to figuring things out for themselves. They cared for their younger siblings, made sure their parents were okay, and, looking back- realized they never really got to be a kid. So now they're still doing everything for everyone, not stopping to admit they have needed much less to take care of them because somewhere along their life, they were made to feel like their needs didn't matter or were "too much."
My Background and Approach
I utilize a trauma-informed approach to psychotherapy to navigate difficult conversations with clients, free of judgment but full of curiosity. Upon request and observation, I offer EMDR services to clients seeking to understand, process, and move past painful experiences that continue to affect their present life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Your mind, body, and soul react accordingly to experiences. My goal is to help others explore their attachment and communication styles in hopes of fostering an understanding of how you want to be loved and how to communicate that to your loved ones unapologetically and confidently. After all, boundaries are meant to be bridges, not barriers.
