All WA State residents, via telehealth. I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing trauma related issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, AuDHD, relationship issues and life transitions. I help people seeking to improve communication, relationship and coping skills including a mind-body connection perspective. People of all gender and neurodiversity are welcome!
My Background and Approach
My unique training and background allows me to offer mental health and trauma therapy with a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. I have a down-to-earth, intuitive personality. I am skilled in EMDR 2.0 Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and talk therapy with a psychodynamic approach. Family of origin exploration is also a cornerstone of my work with clients. I help people gain psychological insight into factors affecting their mental health and happiness, as well as build coping and mental health management skills. I am able to guide people to connect mind, body and heart to bring clarity to their areas of concern. I am an adept EMDR basic and EMDR 2.0 practitioner, so if you are seeking this therapy please reach out for a consultation. Note: Kaiser PPO plans accepted (Access, Options Federal, Elect, etc.). Kaiser Core HMO not accepted, unless you obtain a 'single case agreement'.
