About My Clients

Many people come to me saying they feel stuck in a cycle of stress, overthinking, and restless nights that make everything else in life feel worse. I help adults reconnect with emotional balance by addressing one of the most overlooked parts of mental health: sleep.

My Background and Approach

Many people come to me saying they feel stuck in a cycle of stress, overthinking, and restless nights that make everything else in life feel worse. I help adults reconnect with emotional balance by addressing one of the most overlooked parts of mental health: sleep. Sleep shapes mood, patience, relationships, and how we move through the world. Sleep is a spoiler for when something is wrong. My goal is to help you explore your emotions, the impact of your past, and the things keeping you from having good sleep. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused strategies. In simple terms, this means we’ll look at: - the thoughts and behaviors that disrupt sleep and well-being - deeper emotional patterns that may be driving stress or reactivity - practical steps you can take right away to feel more grounded.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The most important aspect of my therapeutic style is to create a safe space of sincerity, trust, and openness. Without these, progress cannot be made. I do not know your life but I want to help you better it. I have done research at the intersections of class, health, sports, and sleep, to understand how these domains influence long-term well-being.
